The Field Services Division is the most visible element of the Bay County Sheriff's Office with it's iconic green and white vehicles. The Field Services Division is made up of East and West Districts with the dividing line being Highway 231.

Uniformed patrol deputies are assigned to different zones of Bay County, and each is responsible for responding to the calls for service in his or her assigned zone. This group of men and women patrolled more than 1.7 million miles annually and answered in excess of 100,000 calls for service in addition to the thousands of business and residential security checks performed each year.
