Deputy Sheriff Robbie Claytor - In recognition of your extraordinary dedication, outstanding performance of duties, ability to work under pressure, coupled with concern for the safety of others represent the exalted calling of a law enforcement officer. There are few law enforcement officers that have a "natural instinct" to be in the right place at the right time. You possess both the natural instinct and knowledge in performing the correct actions to respond properly. From saving the lives of strangers to chasing down armed felons you are indeed either in professional or private life an unmitigated asset to the Bay County Sheriffs Office.
                                     


Employee Pam McDonough - In recognition of your dedication and driving force in assisting all employees throughout the entire Sheriffs Office. Many times you are the most requested employee for assistance. On any given day one can hear you being summoned by dozens of employees who need your help. You reply to each request with a smile on your face and helpful disposition. And you humbly, quietly and diligently perform all duties assigned to no you matter what. Your sense of dedication, self initiative and willingness to function as a team player represents the highest standards called for in the profession we all serve. Volunteer Reserve Deputy Pam Barr - In recognition of the endless and unselfish contribution of your time, energy and knowledge on behalf of this office. Of special note is your work in the Criminal Investigations Division wherein you have worked many days and numerous hours with the Domestic Violence Unit, along with the Victim Advocate Program. Because of your willingness to give to this agency of your most inestimable specialities, you are indeed an outstanding example of the high standards called for in the profession we all serve.
