If you are the Attorney of Record for a defendant that is currently incarcerated at the Bay County Jail and you would like to schedule a visit, please consider the following :

 A) Visitation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the date and time that you
       wish to visit your client.

 B) Client visitation hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

 C) If you should need to have an emergency visit with your client that would fall outside of these
      guidelines, please call 215-5135.

To schedule a client visitation, click the button below. Make sure that you include :

 1) Your client's full name.

 2)  The date and time you would like to schedule the visitation for.

 3) A telephone number where we can reach you in case of any last minute issues.

 4) Email address ( if different than sending address ).

 5) Please specify the type of visitation ( in person or by telephone ).

An employee of the Bay County Jail will acknowledge the scheduling with you by email and contact you if there are any issues during normal business hours.
