He is a 41 year old white male with gray/brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5'07" tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds. Bird has a unicorn tattoo right arm; Pegasus tattoo on left arm. He wears facial hair at times. Birds final disposition charge in the State of Florida was lewd and lascivious act on a child under 16 years.
