He now lists his home address as 123 San Vincente St., Panama City Beach, Florida. He is a 31 year old white male with blond hair and brown eyes. He is 5'08" tall and weighs approximately 196 pounds. Chiemengo has a squid tattoo on left chest; anchor tattoo left arm; two fish hook tattoos right arm; wahoo fish tattoo on back. He has no other listed scars or marks. Chiemengos final disposition charge in the State of Florida was lewd and lascivious battery with the victim 12 to 15 years old.
