Registered sexual offender Kenneth Keefe lists his home address as 323 Hibiscus Dr., Panama City Beach, Florida.

He is a 60 year old white male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5'08" tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds. Keefe has no listed scars, marks or tattoos. He wears glasses.

Keefes final disposition charge in the State of Massachusetts was indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years. He is now a registered sexual offender in the State of Florida.
