He is a 56 year old white male with gray hair and hazel eyes. He is 5'07" tall and weighs approximately 174 pounds. He has a wolf tattoo on his left arm. He wears facial hair at times.

Dillmans final disposition charge in the state of Florida was sexual battery/coerce by threat under 16 years.
