Registered sexual offender Randy Fain has changed has moved. He now listed his home address as 8901 Front Beach Rd., room #9, Panama City Beach, Florida.

He is a 55 year old white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 5'10" tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. Fain has Forget Hell,confederate flag, barb wire tattoos on right arm; hand, motorcycle handlebar throttle, Harley Davidson, rump ranger, barb wire tattoos on left arm. He wears glasses and facial hair at times.

Fain final disposition charge in the State of Florida for lewd and lascivious act on a child under 16 years.
