He is a 25 year old white male with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is 6'00" tall and weighs approximately 192 pounds. Carr has a skull tattoo right chest area; devil tattoo left chest area; skin graft scar right index finger. Carr was convicted in the State of Florida for lewd and lascivious indecent assault on child under 16 years.
