He now lists his home address as 8101 Surf Dr., room #209, Panama City Beach, Florida. He is a 42 year old white male with brown/grey hair and blue eyes. He is 5'08" tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds. Whitman has a scar on his right leg and a scar on his right knee. Whitman was convicted in the State of Florida for kidnaping a minor and exploitation; lewd and lascivious acts on a child under 16 years and sexual battery by an adult on a child under 12 years.
