November 13,2006 Ruth Sasser, PAS For Immediate Release 747-4700, ext. 2117 Registered sexual offender Timothy McCarty lists his home address as 1610 Carolina Ave., Lynn Haven, Florida. He is a 54 year old white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5'07" tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. McCarty has two eagles and hour glass tattoo on right back; chinese letter which interprets to safe within my heart tattoo on left back; appendix scar. McCarty was convicted in the State of Alaska for Sexual abuse of a minor 2nd degree. He is now a registered sex offender in the State of Florida.
