He is a 24 year old black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5'11" tall and weighs approximately 220 pounds. Reese has a scar on his left elbow. Reese was convicted in the State of Florida for Lewd or Lascivious Exhibition victim under 16 years old, offender 18 or older.
