He is a 29 year old white male with red hair and blue eyes. He is 5'09" tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds. Coats has a cross tattoo left arm; marijuana leaf tattoo right arm; lip and tongue pierced. He wears glasses and facial hair at times. Coats was convicted in the State of Oregon for rape 3rd degree of a child. He is now a registered sexual offender in the State of Florida.
