Cole now lists his home address as 13206 Hibiscus St., Panama City Beach, Florida. He is a 27 year old white male with brown hair and green eyes. He is 5'08" tall and weighs approximately 177 pounds. Cole has RC tattoo on right arm; small dot tattoo on right hand. Cole was convicted in the State of Florida for lewd and lascivious act on a child under 16 years.
