November 7, 2006 Ruth Sasser, PAS For Immediate Release 747-4700, ext. 2117 Registered sexual offender Terry Suter has moved. He now lists his home address as 8308 Burns St., Panama City Beach, Florida. He is a 53 year old white male with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 5'08" tall and weighs approximately 142 pounds. Suter has scars on right wrist and stomach area; he has no listed marks or tattoos. He wears facial hair at times. Suter was convicted in the State of Florida for lewd and lascivious acts on a child under 16 years.
