November 6, 2006 Ruth Sasser, PAS For Immediate Release 747-4700, ext. 2117 Registered career offender Jay Hovel has moved. He now lists his home address as 201 Central Ave., Springfield, Florida.. He is a 46 year old white male with blonde hair and hazel eyes. He is 6'02" tall and weighs approximately 192 pounds. Hovel has a devil cartoon tattoo right arm; magic mushroom tattoo and cross that looks like a butterfly tattoo on left arm. He wears glasses and has severe acne scars on his face. Hovel has adjudication of felony charges of numerous burglaries; drug/cocaine- possession; possession of a firearm by a felon; grand theft auto; traffic in stolen property; grand theft. He is now listed as a career offender in the State of Florida.
